I've been working hard lately . . .

Although Kenley has had plenty of almost rollovers to date, on Saturday, March 28, she finally made it completely over from back to tummy and two times in that day. And on Sunday, March 29th, she began her lifelong ability to talk nonstop like most females. She coos and babbles all the time and she seems to respond to us if we babble back at her. Take a look at the top photo - no Kenley did not do battle with a kitty, these are her wounds from trying to manipulate her thumb into her mouth. She scratches herself constantly even though her nails get filed often! Thank goodness this was AFTER her photo session with Sue!

Our sweet Kenley

Giggle monster

Kenley smiled and laughed when we sang, "These boots are made for walking." We couldn't resist posting it here.

This was March 15, 2009

I just had to post this picture because a year from now, we will all forget that we had 2 inches of snow on March 15th!! Unbelievable!!

The photo shoot for the perfect smile

Ok, I need a new camera. I tried many times to get some smiling pictures of Kenley. She smiles all the time but my camera can't quite capture them! I've done my best and will post these just to show that she does smile - even if Nana can't quite catch that perfect one on the digital camera.

13 Weeks and drooling like crazy

Kenley loves her new seat, even if she does lean a bit to the left! She now flirts with the men in her life by slowly batting her eyes and giving them a big smile. She drools and makes bubbles all the time. She soaks her clothes so a bib is now part of the ensemble! She received her first shots on 3/6/09 and had no reaction to them! Considering Andrea had a severe reaction on her first shots, I was really relieved that Kenley had no problems. She continues to amaze us. Oh and she loves to stick her tongue out in a variety of ways.
