First Trip to Pt. Defiance Zoo & Aquarium

On Memorial Day, we all took Kenley to the zoo. It was an awesome day, the weather was spectacular and Kenley seemed to enjoy the fish at the aquarium and the big tiger! After a while at the zoo, we ended our day with the picnic at Jerisich Park in Gig Harbor. What a great time we all had!

Spending time with Nana & G-Papa

Kenley is all ready for summer in her polka dots! She is two weeks away from being 6 months old. She can sit up for a few seconds but not much longer than that. She is so aware of her surroundings now. She knows immediately when she is in an unfamiliar place. She babbles and drools constantly. She even babbles when she's downing her bottle. She is as sweet as can be and we feel blessed to have such a happy, healthy & beautiful granddaughter.

3 Month Professional Photos

We just received our prints from Kenley's 3-month photo session. Sue from Thulin Photography again did a fabulous job! Thank you Sue! We wanted to share just a few!

On the verge of sleepy time ...

After an hour of play time (see video), Kenley was staring through me because she was so pooped from playing in her Jumparoo. Right after this picture, I put her down for a nap!

A New Jumparoo!!!

Andrea did a lot of research on some sort of an exerciser for Kenley. She picked the Fisher Price Jumparoo ABC farmland one. Kenley has had it for a week and she already uses her tippee toes to get this thing moving! Enjoy the show!

4 Days with Kenley

We wanted to take care of Kenley for a few days while we were off this week so Andrea & Chris let us have our wish! She was such a good girl. But one day Bob thought he was in need of a nap and decided that Kenley needed one too! Well, you can see how well that went from this picture!

G-Papa has his own aquarium

Ok, remember in the last post I told of Kenley's fascination with the fish at Nordstrom, well, G-Papa will do anything for Kenley, right? So he found the HD Screensavers on cable and by golly they have 2 aquariums! G-Papa turned on the screensaver and Kenley was so attentive. It was fun to watch!

First Pair of Shoes

Kenley got her first pair of shoes at Nordstrom. But she seemed much more interested in the fish & aquarium in the new Nordstrom store. But this fascination won't last long. A girl's got to have her shoes!
